At Winnipeg Elite Detailing, we take pride in our work and want you to be thrilled with your vehicle’s transformation. Because we provide a labor-based service, our policy focuses on rectification rather than cash refunds.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We do not offer "change of mind" refunds once a service has been completed. To ensure you are happy with the results:

Final Inspection: We require a joint walk-through with the customer upon completion of the service.

Correction Window: If you notice an issue after we leave, you must contact us within 24 hours. If the service performed did not meet the standards of the package you purchased, we will return to fix the specific area of concern at no additional charge.
2. Refund Eligibility
Cash or credit refunds are only considered under the following rare circumstances:

Service Failure: If we are unable to perform the service due to equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances and a reschedule is not possible.

Double Payment: In the event of a billing error or accidental duplicate charge.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Deposits: Any booking deposits made to secure a time slot are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.

Gift Cards: Gift certificates and prepayments for service packages cannot be redeemed for cash.

Completed Labor: Once a vehicle has been inspected and the customer has signed off/paid, the service is considered final.
