Welcome to Winnipeg Elite Detailing. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Estimates & Authorization
In compliance with Manitoba's Consumer Protection Act:

Estimates: We provide a price range or a formal estimate before work begins. If the final cost is expected to exceed the estimate by more than 10%, we will seek your further authorization before proceeding.

Authorization: By booking and handing over your vehicle keys, you authorize Winnipeg Elite Detailing to perform the agreed-upon services.
2. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best results and the safety of our technicians, the customer agrees to:

Personal Property: Remove all personal belongings, valuables, and car seats. Winnipeg Elite Detailing is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.

Access: Ensure the vehicle is parked in a location where our team has sufficient space to work safely.

Utilities: Unless otherwise agreed, the customer must provide access to a water source and a standard electrical outlet at the service site.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Weather: As a mobile service, we reserve the right to reschedule in the event of extreme weather (e.g., temperatures below -25°C, heavy rain, or storms) to ensure quality and safety.
4. Pre-existing Damage & Liability

Inspection: A pre-service inspection will be conducted. We are not liable for pre-existing damage such as rock chips, scratches, clear coat failure, or mechanical issues.

Non-Visible Damage: Detailing can often reveal damage previously hidden by dirt. We are not responsible for damage that becomes visible during the cleaning process.

Child Seats: We do not remove or reinstall child safety seats. If a seat is left in the vehicle, we will clean around it but cannot be held liable for its proper installation.
5. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

We accept Cash, Credit/Debit, and E-transfer.

For services over a certain threshold, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
6. Warranty & Satisfaction

Satisfaction Guarantee: We perform a final walk-through with you upon completion. Any concerns must be raised at this time.

Manitoba Standards: We provide a 90-day / 5,000 km warranty on the specific labor and parts provided, as per provincial requirements for automotive work.
7. Marketing & Media

Unless you explicitly opt-out, you grant Winnipeg Elite Detailing permission to take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for use in marketing materials and social media. We will ensure license plates and sensitive information are obscured.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada.
